Biography
Chris is entering his 24th year of legal practice, with a reputation built on results, resilience, and relentless advocacy. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients in more than 30 states and successfully tried cases to jury verdict in seven of them. Remarkably, Chris secured his first seven-figure jury verdict just three years out of law school—and since then, he has amassed more than 50 seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, a number that continues to grow each year.
Chris’s legal experience is both deep and diverse, spanning cases involving injured railroad workers, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, trucking accidents, premises liability, and automobile wrecks. While actively litigating across the country, he has also overseen the firm’s expansion since taking the helm in 2011. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from a small office in Birmingham with just two attorneys and two paralegals to a powerhouse team of more than 30 attorneys and 85+ staff members across offices in Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida.
Today, Chris continues to represent clients in complex personal injury cases while also managing the firm’s daily operations—a responsibility he proudly shares with a highly talented and dedicated team.
