Biography

Rachael joined Wettermark Keith as a Case Manager in August 2022, bringing her warm, approachable demeanor and strong sense of service to our Social Security Disability team. She plays a key role in guiding clients through their disability claims, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout the process. From gathering important case details and answering client questions to maintaining accurate records and corresponding with the Social Security Administration and Disability Determination Services, Rachael works diligently to keep each case moving forward.

Education and Experience

A native of Albertville in Marshall County, Rachael relocated to Birmingham to be closer to family. Her career began in the medical field, where she earned her CNA license and completed a medical assistant program. She spent three years working at Barfield Healthcare nursing home and later served as a medical assistant at Huntsville Hospital before transitioning into legal support at Wettermark Keith.

Driven by Compassion

Rachael’s experience in healthcare fostered a strong desire to advocate for individuals facing health challenges. She finds fulfillment in helping clients navigate difficult circumstances and is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care. Her motivation comes from the gratitude she receives and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
